We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images. However, slight variations in color, finish, dimensions, or design may occur due to handcrafted manufacturing and screen display differences.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
• Custom-built products may require advance payment.
• Taxes, shipping, and installation charges may apply separately.

• Once an order is placed, customers will receive confirmation through call, message, or email.
• ECHORA ACOUSTICS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.
• Delays caused by courier services, weather, transportation, or unforeseen conditions are beyond our control.
• Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Manufacturing defect found upon delivery.

• Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused and returned with original packaging, accessories, invoice, and warranty documents.

• Custom-built speakers and made-to-order products are non-refundable.
• Products damaged due to improper use, electrical issues, water damage, or mishandling are not eligible for return.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.

• Selected products come with up to 7 Years Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, fire, electrical fluctuations, unauthorized repairs, or accidental damage.
• Warranty is valid only with original invoice/proof of purchase.

• Free demo services are available only for customers genuinely interested in building a home cinema setup.
• Demo availability depends on location and scheduling.
• ECHORA ACOUSTICS reserves the right to approve or decline demo requests.

• Customers must ensure proper electrical supply, space availability, and site readiness before installation.
• Additional charges may apply for complex installations or extra materials.

Users must not:

• Use the website for unlawful activities.
• Copy, misuse, or reproduce our content, branding, or designs without permission.
• Spread spam, false information, abusive content, or harmful material.

All logos, product designs, branding, images, videos, and website content belong to ECHORA ACOUSTICS and are protected under copyright laws.
